We are taking Corporates for various Out Bound Training Workshops and Leisure based Camp activities for fun and adventure in various parts of India. The locations can be domestic and overseas. Some of the locations where we have taken Corporates are in Agra, Shimla – Kufri, Nainital- Bhimtal, Chamba, Chail, Gangtok, Goa, Mussoorie. For overseas locations, presently VTPC has a tie up for Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius etc.

Career Summary
Shishir Verma is working as a Founder and MD of V The People Consulting in the area of Human Resource Consulting and on Training in particular.

His area of expertise and interest is in Training and Development, Search / Recruitment and also in HR Consulting. In Training his areas are in Leadership and People Development. Shishir has worked for over 22 years in different Corporate and wide industry verticals like MESCO’S, DHL Worldwide Courier, Team Productivity Consultants Ltd / Hero Mind mine, Randstad India (earlier known as Ma Foi), Thomas Assessments/ People Metrics

Experience
Shishir’s background is Sales and Organisation development through people and skills. In 2001, during his stint as Regional Manager that his predecessors picked him for HR interventions and training. The first encounter in training came when he joined Team Productivity Consultants Ltd (TPCL) in 2001 and had the first stint in training. TPCL was one of the oldest and established training organisations of India before it merged with Hero Mindmine.

He has done a Sales conference of 150 people for Somany Tiles. He has trained entire Sales of Somany on Channel Sales, Development and Management skills. He has trained MIND INFOTECH, GAIL, UMTC, Holonix, Jindal Stainless Ltd, Tata Power, J Mitra, IL& FS recently on various behavioural skills and soft skills. In HR domain he has trained GAIL officials on Succession Planning and on Talent Management. He has conducted numerous batches of training in Kyocera Document Solutions Ltd. He has trained the top management of EDUCOMP professionals on Leadership Skills. Besides above he has trained in Mahindra Finance, Eclerx, HERO MotoCorp, EIL, J Mitra & Co., DoPT (Secretary , Addl Secy, Jt Secy to Deputy Secy) etc.

In 2014 he was engaged as Head Delivery in JCB for Action Learning Project along with his team consultants and Trainers. This include competency based Coaching and Training Assignment

He was the Project Head for a Coaching and Training assignment for 30 best performers in Lakshmi Precision Screws Ltd (LPS). He has done Mentoring Skills workshop for top management in LPS. He has trained Nucleus Software on our brand workshop called Perfect Hire (Interviewing Skills)

He was a Project Manager (1 year project) for 2500 people (Doctors, Nursing and Technician Staff, Administrative Staff etc) training and covering them twice in 50 facilities (hospitals) of Rajasthan in World Bank Funded RHSDP (Rajasthan Health Systems Development Project). The team comprised of 18 trainers

He was Project Manager cum Trainer for Training on Soft skills for Uttarakhand Post Office Circle and Haryana Circle. Overall 8 trainers were deployed and more than 800 people trained (project time – 6 months)

He also trained Natrip India on Concept and Implementation of Performance Appraisal System in their department and division. The training was conducted for all HOD’S in Natrip India Ltd.

His other achievements in 2007/08 are handling of large projects like Rajasthan Health System Development Project and have taken care of more than 2000 people training in Rajasthan. There were more than 20 trainers and with a team of 30 was able to handle the project and delivered in 3 months. Based on the success of Rajasthan, Uttaranchal Health System Development Project was handed over to him in 2007 and it was also accomplished and project completed with more than 600 people trained in Uttarakhand.
